Headshot - Robert Freeman.png

Robert Freeman is a transplanted New Yorker, who has lived and worked on the West Coast for over 40 years. A large number of projects have been completed in the harsh coastal environments both North and South of Astoria where Freeman resided from 1974 until 1999.  Additional projects were completed in San Francisco, Seattle and Portland.

Freeman has over thirty years of experience in a diverse range of building types and construction methods, both new, remodel, and adaptive re-use of existing buildings.

As an Architect, Freeman has designed many  notable structures on the Coast and in the Willamette Valley.

As a builder, Freeman has constructed numerous small wood frame structures, including houses.  These projects provided him with hands on experience of integrating the various systems that go into any building.

As an artist, Robert has involved himself in photography, painting, cinematography, and sculpture.
