Additions and Remodel – Major remodel to a 175,000 square foot outdated high school, adapting spaces and finishes to new educational concepts and student needs. Phased in such a manner that school was able to remain in session.

New Construction – Bringing an urban sensitivity to a rural downtown, the developer of this project wanted the Mixed Use building to be a model of sustainability and green building practices. He envisioned the project as a living laboratory: Multi-family, ‘green’ retail, marketplace, incubator offices, OSU Graduate School laboratory.
